The ECUS AVR e-series dynamic regulators protect your electronic equipment from all voltage fluctuations coming from the electrical network by regulating their output voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low and goes out of the permissible input voltage range , they cut off the output via an electromechanical contactor. This device isolates your use from any unsuitable voltage. They are all equipped as standard with a manual by-pass to be able to supply your load under maintenance conditions .

Regulation

Voltage regulation is done by moving a slider on the windings of a single transformer per phase. Regulation is provided independently on each phase for three-phase models. The output voltage is displayed on an analog or digital voltmeter. On request, the input voltage range can be extended. For a given input voltage range, the permissible voltage values can be set on request.

Protection

Overcurrent protection is provided by an electromagnetic device. Internal cooling is carried out by
fans. On single-phase models, cooling is by natural convection. Maximum operating temperature
is 45°C permanent and can rise to 55°C over periods of 8 hours.
