Mouton Cadet Bordeaux is a blend of the aroma of red fruits (Merlot), the finesse and elegance of Cabernet Franc, and the power of black fruits (Cabernet Sauvignon). This gives it a brilliant purple colour with ruby highlights.
The nose has several aromas, first of all a mixture of sweet spices and red fruits and towards the end woody notes.
In the mouth, the beginning is smooth and greedy with a predominance of fruit (cherry, blueberry), then the fruit remains very present accompanied by a beautiful tannic structure. in the finish, it gives way to the delicacy of the woody spices and roasted coffee.
It goes perfectly with beef or all kinds of roasts.
